This page describes what data we collect when you use percaya and how we keep that information protected. We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and comply with applicable law.

What data we collect when you join percaya
When you register on percaya, we collect your email address, phone number, full name, date of birth, and national ID number (KTP). We use this information to create and verify your account. You also provide identity documents—a photo of the front and back of your KTP and a selfie holding your ID—which we store securely and use only for identity verification.
When you deposit or withdraw funds, we record the payment method, amount, date, and time. This information is kept for financial tracking and dispute resolution. We link this data to your account so we can match deposits to your balance and process withdrawals to the correct payment destination.
When you use percaya—placing bets, playing live tables, spinning slots—we record your activity, bet amounts, game selections, and results. This data helps us identify fraudulent activity, investigate disputes, and maintain accurate account balances. We also log your IP address, device type, and browser information to detect hacking attempts and unauthorized access.

Data retention and security on percaya
We retain your data only as long as necessary. Account information is kept as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for at least five years to comply with tax and fraud-investigation requirements. Identity documents are kept for verification purposes and are deleted if you close your account and request data deletion, unless legal requirements mandate retention.
We encrypt all data in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate percaya. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to identify and fix vulnerabilities. If we detect a data breach, we notify affected users as required by law.
