Account and registration
Account opening on percaya takes four steps. First, visit our website or download the mobile app and tap "Open an account." Enter a username, email address, password, and mobile number. We send you a verification email—click the link to confirm your email.
Second, you upload a photo of your national ID (KTP) and a selfie with your ID. Our system verifies your identity within one business day. Third, you choose a deposit method—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Fourth, you make your first deposit. Once your payment settles, your account is active and you can access the sportsbook, live-dealer tables, and slots.
The entire process takes about subject to verification to complete, though identity verification can take up to one business day. If you have trouble uploading your KTP, contact in-app chat support.
If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, the money remains in your original account (bank, e-wallet, or mobile banking). Payment failures happen when your bank declines the transaction, your e-wallet balance is too low, or there is a network interruption.
To resolve this: first, check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the payment was not taken. If the money is gone from your bank but not in percaya, the transaction may be pending. Wait two hours, then refresh your percaya account to check if the funds appear. If still missing after two hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number (usually sent via SMS or email by your bank or e-wallet provider).
For withdrawals, the status appears in your account under "Withdrawal History." Withdrawals to local payment, online payment, or e-wallet typically settle within one hour. Bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet depend on your bank's processing schedule, which may extend beyond business hours or around holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha.
We offer support in two ways. In-app chat is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) during business hours. Open the percaya app, tap the chat icon, and describe your issue. Our team responds in English or Indonesian.
For urgent issues outside business hours or if in-app chat is unavailable, email [email protected] with your username, the date of your last login, and a description of the problem. Include any transaction reference numbers or error messages. We respond to emails within 24 hours on weekdays.

Payments and transactions
Deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment are instant. From your percaya account, tap "Deposit," select your e-wallet, and enter the amount. Our system shows you a payment page. Tap "Pay Now" or scan the QR code with your e-wallet app. Confirm the payment in your e-wallet, and the funds appear in your percaya account within seconds.
e-wallet and mobile banking work the same way: tap "Deposit," select the method, enter the amount, scan the QR code or tap "Pay Now," and confirm in your app.
For bank transfers to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, tap "Deposit" and select "Bank Transfer." We show you a unique virtual account number. Open your bank app and transfer the exact amount to that number. The transfer settles within one to two hours on weekdays. Transfers on weekends or during public holidays like Nyepi or Imlek may take longer.
Always double-check that you are using percaya's official payment page. Do not send money to a bank account outside the app—you may lose your funds.
percaya offers three main game categories. Our sportsbook covers football leagues and tournaments: Liga 1 (Indonesia), Premier League, Champions League, Bundesliga, Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, and major international tournaments. You can place bets on match outcomes, goals, corners, and other events before or during the match.
Live-dealer tables let you play against a human dealer via video stream: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. These games stream from our multi-camera studios. You control the action with a mouse or touch screen and chat with the dealer in real time.
Slots and instant games include Aviator (a crash game), Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. You also can bet on esports: Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile tournaments and matches.
All three categories are accessible from one account. Your balance carries across all games.
Free bets and free spins are bonus credits that percaya offers to new or existing players. A free bet is credit you use on a sportsbook match or live-dealer game. Free spins are automatic plays on a slot game. Both are non-cashable—you use them to play, but you cannot withdraw them as money. Any winnings from free bets or free spins can be withdrawn once you meet our play-through requirements.
Free bets and free spins appear in your account under "Bonus" or "Offers." When an offer is active, we notify you via email and in-app. You accept the offer by tapping "Claim" in your account. Some offers are for specific games or sports; read the terms to see which games you can use them on.
Offers change regularly. We may run special promotions around Liga 1 tournaments, international matches during Piala AFF, or around holidays like Idul Fitri. Check your account's "Offers" tab often to see current bonuses.
Security and data
We at percaya protect your personal data using industry-standard encryption and secure servers. Your password is hashed and never stored as plain text. Your KTP image and selfie are verified by an automated system and then deleted within 30 days unless we need to retain them for compliance.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your information only with payment providers (to process deposits and withdrawals), fraud-detection partners, and law enforcement if legally required. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your data is used and stored.
To protect your account, set a strong password (at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). Enable two-factor authentication if we offer it. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
percaya operates only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sportsbook services are lawful. We do not serve regions where online wagering is prohibited by law. Many countries and territories do not permit our services, and we cannot assist accounts accessing percaya from those locations.
Before opening an account, verify that percaya is available in your location. Check our Jurisdiction Notice for details on supported regions. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, you must independently verify that accessing percaya complies with Indonesian law.
If we detect that your account is accessing percaya from an unsupported jurisdiction, we may restrict or close your account. Using percaya from a prohibited region may violate local law, and we cannot recover balances from accounts closed due to jurisdiction violations.
